Request Account Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your ONIX AI account, please send an email to genphasetechnologies@gmail.com.
Please include your registered email address and name in the email so that our team can identify your account and process your request.
Our team will review and process the request in accordance with the ONIX AI Privacy Policy and applicable legal, regulatory, security, and healthcare-record retention requirements.
Upon an approved account deletion request, the user's ONIX AI account and associated account information will be deleted or deactivated as applicable. Certain information, including healthcare records, diagnostic records, audit logs, security records, or other information required by applicable law or regulatory requirements, may be retained for the applicable retention period.
