Senior Consultant Radiologist
Remote

Read studies on ONIX AI's browser-based viewer and help shape how the AI copilot supports reporting. Provide direct clinical feedback to the product team and be part of defining what responsible AI-assisted radiology looks like.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and report medical imaging studies with accuracy using the ONIX AI intelligent reporting platform
  • Validate AI-generated insights, ensuring clinically reliable and high-quality diagnostic reports
  • Provide continuous clinical feedback to the AI, product, and engineering teams to enhance model performance, reporting workflows, and user experience
  • Lead discussions on challenging cases, second-opinion reviews, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold clinical excellence
  • Help shape the future of AI-assisted radiology by contributing to feature design, workflow optimization, and product strategy from a practicing radiologist's perspective
Requirements
  • Board-certified radiologist
  • Experience across multiple modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray)
  • Comfortable working in a browser-based reading environment
  • Interest in AI-assisted radiology and clinical feedback loops
Engineering
AI / ML Engineer

Develop and deploy models for image analysis, structured report drafting, and study prioritization. Work with large medical imaging datasets and contribute to the core AI layer that radiologists interact with every day.

Responsibilities
  • Train and fine-tune models for radiology image analysis tasks
  • Build structured report drafting pipelines using LLMs and clinical context
  • Design study prioritization and intelligent routing logic
  • Collaborate with radiologists to validate model outputs clinically
Requirements
  • 3+ years in applied ML / deep learning engineering
  • Experience with medical imaging datasets (DICOM, NIfTI)
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and clinical NLP a strong plus
Operations
Customer Success Manager

Help hospitals, imaging centers, and teleradiology groups onboard and get the most out of ONIX AI. You'll be the bridge between our clinical platform and the teams using it daily — ensuring smooth implementation and long-term adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology groups, ensuring a smooth and timely go-live
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders across each account
  • Drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities, supporting sales through demos, renewals, and upsell conversations
  • Monitor customer usage, proactively resolve adoption challenges, and partner with the product team to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for radiologists and clinical teams
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Implementation — preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage customer onboarding, product adoption, and enterprise accounts
  • Self-driven and customer-focused, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
